Glenn WicksGlenn Wicks is the founder and Managing Director of The Wicks Group, PLLC. He has more than two decades of experience as an aviation attorney, representing both foreign and domestic aviation interests in a wide range of regulatory and commercial matters. Mr. Wicks co-led TWG’s services to the CAA of Singapore in developing BA in that country. Mr. Wicks has assisted numerous private jet operators in acquiring aircraft and obtaining appropriate regulatory approvals. He also leads TWG’s services to FBOs and airport management companies, which focus heavily on BA matters. He previously directed our regulatory drafting and implementation projects for the Governments of Trinidad and Tobago, Cape Verde, Kenya, and Saudi Arabia, as well as our air carrier recertification project for BWIA West Indies Airways, and has been participating extensively in our project for the Republic of Azerbaijan and our aviation safety project for the Trinidad and Tobago CAA. Mr. Wicks has successfully assisted numerous clients with regulatory matters involving the U.S. DOT, the FAA, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Treasury Department, the Department of Defense, the World Bank, and the U.S. Export-Import Bank. His commercial experience includes drafting, analyzing, and negotiating various types of agreements and assisting aviation-related clients in formulating and furthering their business strategies. Mr. Wicks holds a law degree from The George Washington University and is a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia and Virginia.
